Our Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws are as follows.
Customer Feedback Surveys:
Completed customer feedback surveys will be entered into our quarterly prize draws to win a £250 voucher of your choice.
1. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be discounted.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
4. Jones Robinson reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
5. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Winners will be contacted by email or telephone at the end of every three-month period.
Enter our Bow Photo Prize Draw
1. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be discounted.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. The prize draw is open to all eligible entries, whether or not they have consented to their photo being used for social media/marketing purposes.
4. All entries which have consented to their photo being used for social media/marketing purposes may be used by Jones Robinson whether or not they win the prize draw.
5. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries every six months.
6. Jones Robinson reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
7. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Offer applies to new instructions only.
2. Property must be instructed between 1st June and 30th June 2026 inclusive.
3. One £250 John Lewis voucher per completed property instruction only.
4. Voucher will be issued upon completion of the property transaction.
