Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws are as follows.

12 Months' Free Property Management Service:

1. The prize draw is open to new landlords who have not previously used Jones Robinson's property management services.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
4. The Prize is 12 months' free management service with Jones Robinson Limited. Inventory and check out costs are not included.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Jones Robinson reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
7. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Closing date for entries - 30 September 2023

Winner Announcement
The winner of the Jones Robinson 12 Months' Free Property Management Service will be contacted by email or telephone.

Customer Feedback Surveys:

Completed customer feedback surveys will be entered into our quarterly prize draws to win a £250 voucher of your choice.
1. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be discounted.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
4. Jones Robinson reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
5. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winners will be contacted by email or telephone at the end of every three-month period.

Enter our Bow Photo Prize Draw
1. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be discounted.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. The prize draw is open to all eligible entries, whether or not they have consented to their photo being used for social media/marketing purposes.
4. All entries which have consented to their photo being used for social media/marketing purposes may be used by Jones Robinson whether or not they win the prize draw.
5. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries every two months.
6. Jones Robinson reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the prize draw at any time.
7. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
