Matt Carter joined us in 2026 as a Senior Sales Valuer, bringing with him over eleven years of experience in the property industry. Having previously worked as a Sales Manager, Matt offers a wealth of knowledge to the role. His extensive background enables him to provide insightful advice, accurate valuations, and a smooth experience for buyers and sellers alike. Living locally, Matt has a strong understanding of the area and the property market, which helps him deliver informed, tailored guidance to his clients. Outside of work, Matt is a dedicated supporter of Reading FC and enjoys spending time with his family. He has a sausage dog called Luna and a son, Alfie, who keeps him happily busy when he’s not out valuing homes.
