Part Time Position: Business Development Manager

Hours: Week day part-time flexi hours

Location: Hybrid role

Experience of making outbound sales calls

Responsibilities are:

• Have a professional and friendly telephone manner at all times

• Make outbound calls to customers on our database, to prospect for valuation opportunities

• Build and nurture relationships with customers, creating opportunities for future business

• Cross selling for mortgage and solicitor referrals

• Identify opportunities for all departments within the business

• Meticulous note making on the database

• Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business
