Matt Sparkes
Matt joins us Viewings Consultant at our Newbury office, with experience from diverse roles in retail, hospitality, and customer service, and with excellent communication skills and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences for customers. Matt’s unique blend of talents allows him to connect effortlessly with clients, ensuring every viewing is engaging, personalised, and seamless!
Outside of work, Matt is a passionate singer and actor, performing professionally in the entertainment industry.
Karen Laker
Karen is another fantastic addition to our team, joining as a Viewings Consultant for our Marlborough and Pewsey offices. With her background in customer service, sales, and finance, she brings valuable expertise to the role. Karen’s experience and dedication to helping people make her a great fit for guiding clients through their property journeys.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys exploring the beautiful walks of the Pewsey Vale with her husband and their three dogs. She has recently taken up table tennis and also gives back to the community by volunteering at the local tearooms.
