For many years, Kate’s Estates, founded and run by Kate Deakin, has earned a fantastic reputation across Marlborough and the surrounding villages for delivering a personal, professional and trusted service to both landlords and tenants. Kate’s commitment to her clients and deep local knowledge have made the business a respected name within the community.

As Kate steps into retirement from the industry, we’re proud that she has chosen Jones Robinson to continue supporting her clients and managing the portfolio going forward.

Over the coming weeks, Kate will continue working closely with our team to support the handover process and help make the transition as straightforward as possible.

We’re also pleased to confirm that Emma Hawkings-Byass, who has been part of Kate’s Estates, will remain involved with the portfolio. Emma will continue working closely with clients alongside Gabby Walker, Andy Escott and the wider Jones Robinson lettings team, ensuring familiar faces and trusted support remain in place.
