    We have many stories of our staff remaining friends and keeping in contact with previous clients.

    Director Paul Hodgson was valuing an elderly lady's property a few years ago, where he discovered that her husband was gravely ill in hospital forty miles away. Realising she had no mode of transport or family to call on, Paul drove her to the hospital the following day, just before he died. Now, five years on, they still exchange Christmas cards.

    We also have a large team of lettings and property management staff, who are either already ARLA qualified or working towards their qualification. We understand that keeping up to date with current legislation can be a minefield for landlords, not to mention time consuming, so you can rest assured that our team of experts can advise on all aspects of letting.

    We are currently responsible for more than 1,000 properties in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Wiltshire areas, and 2020 saw the team manage several large refurbishment projects for some of our landlords who were all over the moon with the results.

From picking the carpet colour to the kitchen worktop (the fun bit!), to having to make important last-minute decisions, I was there from start to finish.
