We are following closely and implementing official guidelines from the Government and health organisations in respect of Covid-19. The health, safety and well-being of our staff and clients is of paramount importance to us.
The onus is on each and every one of us to be alert and to conduct ourselves with extreme caution when it comes to dealing with people that could be in a high risk group contracting or carrying the disease.
From 23rd March, our offices are temporarily closed with most staff working from home, so we are available to speak to as normal through our usual phone numbers and of course contactable through our email addresses.

With immediate effect, we are postponing all non-essential management visits until further notice.
We will continue to encourage tenants to use our online reporting tool Fixflo https://www.jonesrobinson.co.uk/pages/report-a-maintenance-repair and aim to call back every tenant that reports a repair online. However, as the situation progresses we may move to ‘emergency only’ repairs and are liaising with contractors to ensure we have suppliers available to perform essential repairs. We would recommend that all tenants familiarise themselves with the location of their stopcock. If tenants are self isolating, all repairs will be placed on hold.
All planned AGM’s which were due to happen over the next few weeks are now postponed.
No face to face meetings are being arranged by Block Management staff with any of the Leaseholders for the foreseeable future.
All contractors have been asked to confirm that they have a revised method statement for their activities and that all precautions are in place regards the Corona Virus outbreak and all have confirmed that they do.
All further actions taken will be taken in accordance with government guidance.
Finally, and as a reminder, please let us know if you are exhibiting symptons, have underlying health issues or are over the age of 70, so we can do everything possible to accommodate you and take the appropriate action.
