As we continue to grow and evolve, we're proud to welcome seven talented individuals who bring with them a wealth of experience, energy, and passion for property. Each new team member shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients—and we can’t wait for you to meet them.
Kerry Butler

Kerry joins us in 2025 as a Trainee Lettings Consultant, bringing with her a wealth of varied experience, with a passion for the property industry. Kerry is committed to utilising her vast skill set to drive success for our lettings team and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Outside of work, Kerry has a love for cooking, gardening, and trying new things, staying active through walking, cycling, and swimming, and spends her free time horse riding!
David Boulter

David comes on board as a part-time Viewings Consultant, supporting our Pewsey and Marlborough office. He brings a wide range of experience from the property, renewable energy, and television industries, along with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every viewing.
Passionate about the environment, David enjoys walking, running, and swimming, and heads to Cornwall for surfing when he can!
Rachel Davey

Rachel Davey joins our busy Admin and Compliance team, working as a Sales & Lettings Administrator. She brings a wealth of experience from running a successful business with her husband, where communication, a positive attitude, and strong organisational skills were essential for day-to-day operations. These qualities continue to underpin her professional approach and contribute to the high standard of service she delivers.
Isabelle Edwards

Joining as a Trainee Administrator, Isabelle brings with her hands on experience from working in her family’s villa rental Business in Spain, where she played an active role in a wide range of responsibilities. This broad exposure to estate agency work has given her a keen understanding of the property sector, which she is now building on in her new role with us.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys swimming and has been swimming most of her life. Having lived in Spain, Isabelle is also fluent in Spanish!
Seb Walcott-Amos

Seb joins our Didcot office as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. With a background in sales and retail, he brings valuable customer service experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—all essential in the lettings market.
Outside of work, Seb enjoys playing sports and keeping active at the gym.
Kathryn Hawkett

Kathryn steps into the role of Operations Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the property industry. With a strong background in sales, marketing, customer service and project management, she plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Kathryn’s strong leadership skills and industry knowledge make her an invaluable part of the team.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Michelle Marsh

Michelle joins us as a Trainee Property Manager, with a background in administrative support and hospitality, she brings excellent organisational skills, a strong client focus, and a calm, solution-oriented approach to managing property matters. Her experience in both behind-the-scenes coordination and customer-facing roles makes her well-equipped to handle the varied demands of property management.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travelling—aiming to visit a new country each year—as well as countryside walks with her dog and staying active at the gym.
Samantha Oxley

Samantha brings many years of client support and administrative experience to her new role as a Trainee Sales Consultant. With excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with people, Samantha is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys horse riding, going on dog walks, and relaxing with a good book.
Matilda Roche

Matilda joins our busy Marlborough office as a Trainee Sales Consultant, having studied photography, film studies and geography. Her creative background has given her an eye for detail, and a natural ability to connect with people. Matilda was also selected for The King’s Trust programme, where she developed key life skills including teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence-building, all of which she’s now putting into great use in her role.
Matilda is passionate about the performing arts and has been singing since she was just 7 years old. Outside of work, Matilda loves to explore and take snaps of cities, Bath being one of her favourites so far!
Sophia Amey

Sophia joins us as a trainee sales consultant based in our Devizes office. With a background in dental nursing, she brings a natural attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a caring approach to her role – qualities that make her a fantastic fit for working with clients! Outside of work, Sophia enjoys staying active, whether that’s going to the gym or exploring the outdoors on walks with her two beloved dogs: Barney the Cavapoo and Lotta the Cockerpoo.
We’re confident that our new team members will make a fantastic impact across our branches and help us continue to exceed expectations in everything we do.
