Our team at Jones Robinson had the most marvellous experience yesterday at the EA Masters 2024, held in London’s prestigious Evolution venue. This annual event is the largest and most influential gathering in the UK estate agency industry. It consistently sets the stage for thought-provoking discussions, highlights industry innovations, and celebrates outstanding achievements with the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.
From the moment we arrived, the event was packed with excitement! The day opened with inspiring keynote speakers, including some of the industry's biggest names and expert panels who shared valuable strategies, forecasts, and industry innovations. For our team, it was a fantastic opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on enhancing our client services and operations, which are always at the heart of what we do.
The event was hosted by Alex Jones, presenter of The One Show, and Jason Fox, former Special Forces operator and motivational speaker from SAS: Who Dares Wins. The pair presented the certificates, plaques, and trophies and we were lucky enough to meet them both when we went to collect our awards.
The EA Masters isn’t just about learning—it’s also a fantastic chance to connect with industry peers. Throughout the day, we networked with fellow agents and companies, shared best practices, and enjoyed various interactive games at the stalls! Lunch was a hit, too: a tasty three-course meal for us to enjoy before the award ceremony kicked off.
A Proud Moment: Our Awards
The highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, where Jones Robinson won three awards. We won Best Estate Agent for 2025 in both sales and lettings! We were also thrilled to be recognised as the Best Sales & Lettings Estate Agent (Medium: 6-20 branches), putting us in the top 0.055% of estate agents in the UK. Winning in this category was an unexpected and heartwarming surprise, and it’s a true honour to be recognised amongst the best in the industry. These awards are a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The EA Masters 2024 was a lovely day out, setting new benchmarks for us and the entire industry.
