The Trusted Agent 2026 awards benchmark more than 20,000 estate agent offices across the UK, using independent performance data alongside customer satisfaction.
There are no entry fees, applications or award submissions. Instead, agents are assessed using data covering areas such as sales and lettings performance, time to sell and fall-through rates, together with customer feedback across major review platforms.
Following this assessment, Jones Robinson achieved Platinum status and the #1 national ranking.
Platinum is the highest Trusted Agent tier and is reserved for offices ranking within the top 2% nationally, making this recognition particularly special for our team.
