We’re delighted to say that our recent Landlord Evening at our Newbury office was a great success. With over 20 local landlords attending, the evening was full of engaging conversations, shared knowledge, and valuable insights — all enjoyed over tea, coffee, and biscuits in a relaxed setting.
Our Property Management team shared updates on the latest changes to the Renters’ Rights Act, helping landlords understand what’s ahead and how it may affect their properties. Alongside this, our Sales team provided useful market updates, sparking plenty of discussion about current trends and opportunities in the local property market.
It was fantastic to see landlords exchanging experiences, asking questions, and making the most of the informal opportunity to connect directly with our team. Thank you to everyone who took the time to come along — your involvement made the evening such a positive and productive one.
