Kennet School’s fundraising gets a boost from Jones RobinsonAuthor: jonesrobinson | November, 11 2013
Jones Robinson is pleased to announce not one but two community initiatives that are supporting Kennet School in Thatcham. During the spring of 2012, we were approached by a local Kennet School student wishing to raise money to fund a group expedition to Mongolia and China, facilitated by the school. Kelly-Marie Looker asked if she could deliver leaflets for us in return for payment. We were delighted to help and you might just see Kelly-Marie coming up your path on her way to raising funds. Once the students reach their fundraising goal they’ll head off to the Far East in 2013 to help build a new community centre and teach English to the locals in Mongolia, before rounding the trip off with a visit to The Great Wall of China.
