Out of Hours – Tenants Contact Details During Festive Season

If you have a genuine emergency out of office hours we now ask all issues are logged through our online portal at https://www.jonesrobinson.co.uk/tenant-services/  please provide as much detail as possible along with photos if appropriate. If it falls within the “What is an emergency” criteria as listed below our out of hours team will be alerted to the reported issue and will make contact with you to obtain more information.  Once all details have been confirmed they will advise if they will be dispatching a contractor.

What is an emergency?

Property flooded/leak
If from your property: turn off the water ASAP and call the emergency number.
If from the apartment above: Knock on the door and ask them to turn the water off. If no-one is home, call the management company.

Locked out
Loss of keys / fobs or incidences of keys being locked inside the property are the tenants responsibility

Break in – Contact the police in the first instance
We can only secure the property

No electricity
Check the fuse box or that there has not been a power cut in the street, and contact your electricity supplier in the first instance

No water
Check the stop tap and contact the supplier in the first instance

Dangerous / hazardous electricity or gas
Call immediately – Gas emergency contact 0800 111 999 / For Electricity emergency 0800 40 40 90
