Fireworks Displays in West Berkshire

Remember, remember the fifth of November, gunpowder treason and plot! It’s that time of year again when the night sky becomes filled with hues of pink, blue, purple and green, where toffee apples hit the shops and the smell of burning wood fills the air. If you are thinking of visiting a fireworks display in and around West Berkshire, take a look at our round up of what’s on locally.

Chieveley Fireworks Display – Saturday 5th November

Now in its 48th year, Chieveley fireworks is thought to be the longest running village fireworks display in the UK. All tickets this year must be bought in advance. No tickets will be available on the night.
Gates open at 6.15pm and then the judging of the annual guy competition takes place at 6.45pm. Torchlight processions of Guys to the bonfire is at 7pm, with the bonfire being lit at 7.15pm. Deanwood Park Golf Club – Saturday 5th November

A night of fireworks, a roaring bonfire and a well-stocked BBQ and bar. Early bird tickets are available via 01635 48772. Tickets are also available on the night.
Gates open at 6.00pm with the bonfire being lit at 6.30pm and the Fireworks commencing at 7.30pm.

Falkland Cricket Club – Saturday 5th November

Gates open at 6pm, the bonfire is lit at 7.15pm and the fireworks commence at 7.45pm. Tickets are available on the gate for £5 per person. Family (2 adults and 2 children) concession is £15 and under 5’s are free.
Car parking is limited and there is a £5 charge per car.

Kingsclere Fireworks – Saturday 5th November

Organised by Kingsclere School PTA and taking place at the Fieldgate Centre. Gates open at 5.30pm, bonfire is lit and Feel the Beat perform at 6.00pm and the display starts at 6.30pm.

Newbury Lions Club – Saturday 12th November

After an absence Newbury’s firework extravaganza is back and it’s promising to be better than ever. The gates open at 5.30pm for the funfair and some tasty food with the firework display kicking off at 7.30pm.
