Our people are our greatest asset.
The quality, experience and local knowledge of our team enables us to provide our customers with the best possible service. We recognise that without the calibre of staff and our excellent retention rates we wouldn’t be anywhere near as successful as we continue to be. Our members have been with us, on average, in excess of ten years and are more than happy to share all their local knowledge with you. Charles Robinson MARLA was brought up in the area and now lives in South Newbury. He has been helping people sell their homes since 1987.
David Jones has more than 30 years’ experience in the local property market and is passionate about the local area.
Paul started in marketing and brought these valuable skills to property sales when he became an estate agent in 1991. Paul joined Jones Robinson in 1998 and was made a Director in 2004.
Jo joined Jones Robinson in January 2018, after relocating from the Bristol area. She looks after the operational and marketing functions of the group’s offices. Jo lives in Thatcham.
Paul has been working in the property industry since 1989 and cares about delivering an exacting, high level of customer service.
Caroline has over 12 years’ experience in estate agency, with an extremely successful track record in selling property and delivering exceptional customer service. Caroline lives in Thatcham with her husband and children.
Michael joined our ever growing sales team in 2018 with 15 years’ agency experience. Outside work he enjoys football, cricket, golf and spending time with his family and 2 boys.
Neil joined our ever growing valuers’ team in 2018 with 13 years’ agency experience. Outside work he enjoys football, cricket, golf and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Beth started 5 years ago as a viewings consultant and then joined the virtual graduate scheme in 2016. This involved working in property management, then our lettings department, finally moving to the sales department on the busy front desk in Newbury. Beth is now delighted to be a member of our team of Valuers.
We are very pleased to welcome back James to our Newbury office this year, who joins our team of valuers after a temporary relocation out of the area. James has 7 years’ agency experience and is delighted to be back in the fold! He has recently moved to a village on the edge of Berkshire and Wiltshire with his partner and very gorgeous Labradoodle.
Lisa has lived in West Berkshire all her life and went to school in Hungerford. She started her career with Jones Robinson in 2013 and is our front desk manager at Newbury.
Michael has worked in the property market since 2001 and his ethos is all about delivering outstanding customer service. He joined Jones Robinson in 2013 and moved from our team of valuers in Newbury to manage our brand new Marlborough office in 2019. Michael lives in Wantage with his wife and children.
Vicky joined us at our Marlborough office which opened early 2019, after a busy sales and marketing career both abroad and in the UK. She lives in Marlborough and is kept busy in her spare time with her children’s activities and the dog!
Joanne has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry and is fiercely passionate about Lambourn and the surrounding villages. Joanne moved from South Africa a few years ago and lives in Hermitage. She manages our Lambourn office.
Toyah graduated from university with a first class honours degree in Graphics and Illustration but it was her desire to own her own property that drew her to the property industry and helping others achieve their goals and aspirations of home ownership.
Paula has over 14 years’ experience of the local property market and unrivalled knowledge of Newbury and the surrounding area.
Rachel is a long-standing (18 years and counting!) and reliable member of the Jones Robinson team and is a valuable asset to any seller or buyer.
Wendy helps sellers show their homes in the best light possible and is always on hand to answer any questions from potential buyers.
Karen is based at our Newbury office and expertly shows purchasers around our homes for sale.
Amber joined our front desk team in July 2018 and is really enjoying her training as a sales consultant for our very busy sales team in Newbury. She has lived in Berkshire all her life and in her spare time loves walking her dog!
Harris joined us in 2018 as part of the busy front desk team at Newbury, after completing his A levels. Harris lives in Highclere and has taken to estate agency like a duck to water! He loves helping people move on with their lives and has high aspirations for a career in estate agency. In his spare time he’s a fan of football and martial arts.
Sara specialises in new house sales. Her many years’ experience is an enormous help to people moving to the area. She has recently completed 20 years service with Jones Robinson!
Val is our secretary and a valued member of the team for many years. She has lived in the Newbury area all her life.
Chloe is a member of the busy administration team at Newbury, assisting our valuers with marketing properties. Chloe has always lived in Thatcham so knows the area well!
Joel started his career in 1999 and has extensive experience within residential lettings, property investment and block management. He joined Jones Robinson in 2018 and oversees the Lettings function across all offices.
Sian joined Jones Robinson in 2014 and was promoted to Lettings Manager of our Devizes office in 2016. She currently heads up the Lettings Departments at Newbury and Devizes, dividing her time between both offices during the week.
Laura began her career as Lettings Consultant at Jones Robinson in Newbury in 2013; a year later she was promoted to Valuer and then Lettings Manager in 2017, moving to our new Marlborough office in 2018. She looks after the lettings department at Marlborough and is New Business Manager for the Jones Robinson group.
Vanessa joined our Lettings team in 2018 and works closely with a number of tenants, advising and assisting their moves. She is focused on delivering an exacting service and a smooth tenancy commencement.
With a background in journalism, international marketing and publishing, Rachael joined the team as Lettings Consultant where she enjoys helping existing and prospective tenants find their next home while assisting them through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
Caroline joined Jones Robinson following various customer-focused roles, on top of her previous background in estate agency. Caroline has a great interest in properties and always likes to add a personal touch when dealing with any client. She has lived in Newbury since 2000 and enjoys a country lifestyle with her husband and two children.
Lucy Cook joined us in 2018 from a sales position in Newbury, after gaining a degree at the University of West London. Lucy has lived in Hungerford all her life. She really enjoys the buzz of the office and has been kept very busy meeting and helping new and prospective tenants!
Matt joined us in 2018 as Viewings Consultant assisting our busy Lettings Department in Newbury.
Rachel joined our Newbury office at the beginning of 2019 to assist on both our sales and lettings teams, following a career break to bring up her children, prior to which she spent 10 years in demanding customer service roles. Rachel lives in Newbury and loves horse-riding in her spare time.
Freyea joined our Lettings Team early in 2019 from a busy customer services role where she worked after graduating from university. She lives with her partner in Newbury and in her spare time is an avid reader, cook and member of the local gym!
Anna heads up our Property Management team and as a property manager assists portfolio landlords on a day-to-day basis. She started her career with Jones Robinson in 2007 and has an excellent understanding of the whole industry.
Charlotte joined Jones Robinson as a property manager in 2016. Having worked in a customer-facing retail environment previously, she embraces modern technology and utilising this to assist with arranging day-to-day maintenance.
Julie has over 20 years’ experience as a PA, working at a variety of companies from small independent businesses to Worldwide corporate organisations. Her experience is invaluable to ensuring a smooth tenancy start and end for landlords and tenants.
Sharon has over 20 years’ experience within the accounting sector, previously specialising in banking & investments. She oversees all of the client accounting for our block management department, managing the day-to-day and annual accounting requirements for each site Jones Robinson manage.
Peter started his career in property management in the late 1990s, specialising in block and estate management. He is very hands-on with advising clients on all aspects of property management as well as the behind the scenes legalities with residential property management.
Ivan has lived in the Newbury area for over 50 years and has a great affinity with the town and the surrounding countryside. He joined Jones Robinson with a varied career that spans the building trade, financial services and coaching boys games at a local Prep School, all of which combine to give him the perfect grounding for the day to day rough and tumble of Property Management!
Jenny joined our property management team in 2018, from a customer service background after graduating from Bournemouth university.
Chloe has worked in the accountancy sector for 23 years and been with Jones Robinson since 2007. She has a meticulous eye for detail and manages the accounts team, overseeing all our client and company accounting.
Bridget works on the block management team and is based in Newbury.
Stephanie has worked in the accountancy sector all her working life. She works closely with landlords and tenants ensuring rental accounts are up to date.
