Landlord Update: New Legislation to Take Effect Soon. Act Now!June, 19 2017
Some of you may be aware of the upcoming changes regarding energy efficiency ratings on rental properties. New legislation requires that rental properties meet Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), whereby the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of rental properties must have a minimum rating of E. There are 2 dates to bear in mind with this, which are as follows:

Since becoming a major sponsor for The Rosemary Appeal a few weeks ago, our Jones Robinson task force has enjoyed an exciting time of planning and organising a number of fundraising events, the first of which is happening on Friday April 7th. From noon, we will be holding a static cycle challenge in our office, where we aim to cycle 650km (approx. 404 miles) in 24 hours! Most of our staff will be getting involved by taking turns throughout the day and night to ride shifts on the bike.
