Catherine Snelling

In 2023, we were fortunate to welcome Catherine Snelling as our Marketing Assistant. With a background in customer service and a fabulous creative flair, Catherine has quickly become an invaluable asset to our marketing team. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into crafting and reading, all while honing her DIY skills in an exciting home-renovation project. Catherine's passion for perfection and dedication to her craft align seamlessly with the values at Jones Robinson, and we are delighted to have her on board.

Michael Haylock

Joining us as a Sales & Lettings Administrator, Michael Haylock brings a wealth of experience, having served as an office manager at an independent estate agency. Michael's expertise in client interactions, whether over the phone or in person, is matched only by his extensive local knowledge. Living in the area, he is deeply ingrained in the community and actively contributes to its spirit. Beyond the office, Michael enjoys leisurely walks with his dogs and is currently involved in organizing a local pantomime! His commitment to community and exceptional client service perfectly aligns with the ethos of Jones Robinson.

James Ryan

We are delighted to announce that James Ryan has joined our Didcot branch (Church Robinson) as our Listings Manager. With an impressive 30-year track record in the estate agency industry, including running his own successful agency, James brings a level of expertise that is unparalleled. Passionate about exceeding customer expectations, he is a natural fit for Church Robinson. Director Gary Church expressed his excitement about James joining the team, emphasizing the invaluable experience and expertise he brings to the table.

Lucy Houseman

Lucy Houseman, our Trainee Property Manager at the Newbury office, is a rising star within our team. Her strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and empathetic nature make her a standout member of our Property Management team. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lucy is a highly organized individual with a passion for music, nature, and exploration; Lucy even channels her creativity into writing children's books! Her diverse interests and self-motivation make her a perfect fit for the dynamic and innovative culture at Jones Robinson.
